Locals Pass purchasers must be full-time local residents and present a state-issued ID showing year-round residency in the Roaring Fork Valley. Qualifying Zip Codes are: 81611, 81612, 81615, 81656, 81654, 81693, 81621, 81628, 80693, 81623, 81601, 81602, 81642, 81647, 81652.
